Chawton Park v Alton Social OBC

Sadly a dip in the 100% Home record for the Weekend Friendly team. Although Chawton would probably argue that they did not really have Home advantage as 16 members of the Alton Social team are also members at Chawton Park.

The final result was 120 shots to 85 in favour of Alton Social. Social were behind briefly early on but recovered to win on all six rinks. The ‘winning’ losers for Chawton Park were Maureen Staite, Alan Pascoe and John Milton who were narrowly beaten by just three shots. Top rink for Social were Symon Winder, Sandy Crocker and David Cooper.
